Bravo!... it is really a great book. It has a lot of recipes using olive oil, garlic, and veggies(eggplant, artichokes, etc). All good, healthy things for your liver! It's a little bit on the exotic side but well worth making. I especially like the "Salad of Carrots, Pistachios, Cilantro and Orange Juice. You could substitute sliced almonds for the pistachios but I like them both.

Okay... for this evening's dinner, I marinated raw chicken breast with JUST ONLY olive oil\grapefruit mix for about an hour and then grilled them for 7 minutes on "FORmer Ex-boxer Name" grill. When I placed the chicken on the grill, I sprinkled it with Sea Salt once and then let the chickies grill away.

Oh yeah... also made, I think, 4 or 5 bean salad...I can't remember how many types of beans there are in it. I just start opening cans and dumping in a bowl. I just did this improv so no measuring. I like to experiment and most turn out good!

Opened one can each of ORGANIC kidney, garbanzo, cannellini, red beans and thoroughly rinsed them and dump in big bowl. Added some chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ROASTED red pepper(s) and seasoned with Sea Salt , black pepper, Italian Seasonings, sprinkle of garlic powder and onion powder. And also added some wild rice to make it a bit crunchy (had some left over so I thought, what the hell!). Then added Organic Olive-Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar and tossed. All I can say is ....YEEEEEEEE-UMMMMMMM!!!... was a great side dish with the chicken breast. You can do any combo of beans. You could 2 bean, 3 bean, or 10 bean.

All good foods for the liver!
