Tom what you have said makes a lot of sense and I kind of reached the same conclusions. I do take milk thistle yes but until recently I hadnt realized that I have been having a length healing crisis which i believe caused me to be a little too over stimulated to sleep well. I do keep a diary but it shows how mindful you have to be because I take aloe vera, sea kelp, enzymes, milk thistle, lemon, Sea Salt and drink lots of water all to some degree on a regular basis.
I have a healthy Diet too and go to the toilet (shall we say) daily so i know im elimnating well. (stools well formed etc).
I belive that upping my seak kelp and milk thistle recently provoked a detox and with me posssibly like you Tom it needs to be gradual becuase I have 'layers' of healing to progress through.
On a slight side note zinc along with boosting my electrolytes in line with the sub oxidizer protocal has really begun to help. My hair analysis showed also how calcium is dominating potassium and magnesium which is also interesting because I was unaware of this.
I feel like im on the right path but patience is requied
