Myself too. I had no idea nuts and seeds, except for Pumpkin seeds, were very high in copper. Otherwise they are so good for you.
So may I ask, did it take some time with the Buk. breathing for some substantial results?
I recently started too into a slow, but gradual chelating program for the copper. My hair anyl. show I am a very slow oxidator and very high calcium, indicating high copper ( bio-unavailable).
So far,I have cut about 90% of the high copper foods out. and taking fairly low doses of zinc, 22mg. once ro twice a day, so see how I feel. Next, I will start on GB-3 which has several ingrediants, one of which is black radish, sort of a precurser as a chelator. I noticed that ARL also has Moly-cu: 100mg. of molyl. black radish and parsley.
My adrenals are still pretty bad off, so my last consideration would be the NAC. Also, I read from Life Extention, that B-6, B-12 and Folic acid help indirectly too for copper elimination.
