I tried using some 24hour fermented millet a couple days ago, and saw some positive results. I have been avoiding using raw goats SCD yogurt so I can avoid the sulphur in the milk. But I thought, why not try it with some grains? I'll just start slow and see how it goes.
the next day I noticed much more bacterial growth. I used millet that I cooked like rice, then I added cherry concentrate and Raw Garden of Life 85billion 31 strain probiotics to it when it cooled to 110 F. 24 hours later and it was sour, but good. Felt soothing. Bulkier stools although there were more eggs coming out too.
Now I am making 30 hour fermented oats with cherry concentrate, seeing how that goes. Just thought I'd give an update, and check in on if anyone has advice or remarks about what I'm doing. thanks all! :)
