Yeah. Nope this didn't work out as well as I originally hoped. Oh well.
I used the millet dish, worked out okay. I wanted more and tried the only grain I had--oats. Okay, worked good I guess, had some gas but no real trouble, except the next day a headache which I get was from gluten. D'oh.
Not to be swayed so easily I tried a 4:1 mix of Millet to Quinoa, complete protein and alkalizing. I noticed when I ate a bowl I got really tired and took a nap. The next day I had some and felt really gross, had diahhrea all day-- basically Celiac Sprue symptoms. Scratch that idea! :)
Just an update, thought I get this out there for anyone to reference and not go there. Best to just eat the yogurt. I would be too if I didn't have this mercury issue. So I guess it's back to...Kimchi? :) Yummy. And SCD style of course.
