Thankyou for this. I think I will try to sort out some kind of a juice fast. It didn't occur to me that exercising everyday will increase your rate of Sugar absorption...makes sense though. I'm also wondering if taking chromium etc will help with the utilisation of it. Someone else suggested I make up the calories with coocnut water. That is very high in short chain saturated fat, and whilst a small amount is okay, I'd be hesitant to overdo it.
What I am first going to do is clean my diet up.
That means an anti candida diet along with no starch. When I'm doing this I will start doing coffee enemas for a week and after a week in will start taking anti fungals and anti parasitic herbs. Will continue this for a while the best I can and consider buying Dr Bob Becks equipment. I am hesitant about it, but I am sure tehres truth in it, as #1 there are a lot of people on here that have used his equipment successfuly and Colloidal Silver is known to kill candida.
Doing a Water Fast will be my last resort I think as although I'm sure it cleans the system up, it also gives your whole body a HUGE amount of stress by not suppplying the fuel to run. So its about weighing up the pros and cons. I'd rather go down the vegetable juice fast than water fast.
