I am taking iosol and getting bad head aches

I took 50mg-75mg of iodoral for 2 months and didn't get any detox symptoms (or head aches). And I took kelp before that which made me break out in Acne (detox). I started Iosol, 20 drops a day which is about 45mg and I got massive head aches around the front of my head starting off. Then they went away and now they're coming back. Is it the iosol or detox?

Iosol is Ammonium Iodide+Iodine
