Cholestatis and gallbladder functions for my 12 year old

I just had a asyra scan for my son. He is 12 years old and had a duodenal surgery when he was 1 day old. What the scan found was that he has cholestatis and gallbladder getting stuck. But there were some indications that his liver was congested, it advised to clean the liver, showed liver toxicity and bile flow is slow. He had also low thyroid because of Lyme and showed some other viruses. I am not sure if the viruses affected the liver, definitely not Hepatitis virus. I am puzzled and scared. Is this because of the liver toxicity or it is because of his surgery. I appreciate any response.
