Re: After the liver flush

If your Dr has told you that you need immediate surgery to remove the gallbladder and are feeling ill because of that Dr. Clark advised doing the Liver Flush immediately without the preparations. But if you are not facing immediate surgery then you can take the time to do the steps leading up to the LF. Hulda Clark 's method would include an 18 day parasite cleanse, then a kidney cleanse for 3 weeks to dissolve hard calcium stones then the LF. You can read about Moritz's program that uses apple juice/ malic acid to soften hard stones. Also read about Dr. Sutter's Coke Flush, not featured on the Liver-Flush Forum.

Usually the Epsom Salts purge begins sometime in the morning and continues for several hours. Most people can eat a normal light dinner.
