I cannot hear well so I do not know. Are you talking about the ones in the head? I hear a slight sound but it is not high pitched...I only have 30% of my hearing left in both ears. Thank goodness I can't hear them..does it sound like dying lobster??? I used to hear that sound many moons ago before my hearing detiriorated so badly.
