i take taurine and methionine but i've heard taurine slows down methylation so now i take them apart. just know if you are low histamine you may react poorly to methionine...you may want to do the niacin flush test first....but frankly you sound alot like me so i bet you are a high histamine undermethylator.
i take pure ascorbic acid crystals and i take mag malate because malic acid helps generate ATP which is mucho importante for energy...citrate is fine but it makes me more sluggish and take 50 mgs of p5p or 100 mgs of regular b 6...i hope this helps you...
