Re: large bowel movements

I have an interesting question in relation to this thread that no one has mentioned. What is the actual QUANTITY of food being eaten to produce this large BMs?

Large movements could mean too much food being eaten, after all, it is a lot of waste! (not used by the body)

I have an e-book that I am willing to send anyone who is interested (free, I got it free). It is called THE Science OF BEING WELL by Wallace D. Wattles. You can google it as a free download and I will send it to you if you cannot find it.

It is an amazing book and one of the things he says is that the AVERAGE person eats 2-3 TIMES what they really need to eat to be healthy.

And honestly ... I know I eat too much and often eat beyond being satisfied and know that it really is unecessary. I am pretty healthy but could be in better shape.

Anyway, just thought I would throw that into the mix.
