Thanks for your post. It's good to know we are not alone. While my husband is great, and like you, I feel lucky to be married to my husband, he sometimes just doesn't get it. And I get the feeling he thinks it's all in my head - saying things like "everyone gets anxious. Just snap out of it." he's trying to be helpful and supportive in this way, but it makes me feel worse - because I can't just snap out of it.he will also say things like you have been so strict on your diet, just cheat and have a cookie or glass of wine. Not realizing how cheating really makes things horrible for me - physically and emotionally. I also feel guilty that he has to deal with me and my ups and downs. I feel like I bring him down. So, thanks for posting and reminding us that there others who get it!!!!!!
