I'm using 250 - 500 mcg of molybdenum/day (Douglas Laboratories brand)
Regarding zinc I started in august with 15 mg/day and increased the dose to 70 mg... but now I can't handle more then 10 mg/day
If the kidney pain is from copper detox why don't I feel it when I take molybdenum alone? because it is also a copper chelating agent... could it be from the fact it raises potassium? and with AF we can't handle potassium very well?
Regarding histamine... what doses did you take of vit c, methionine etc... and in how many days or weeks did you feel your derealization symptoms improving?
And what are you taking for AF beside vit c, B5... ginseng? or aswgadha... they are really cheap in my country and that makes me feel suspicios about the quality
I forgot to say i feel realy bad when i take magnesium... same reaction as when i took methyl b12 and folic acid, even with smaller doses of 100 mg.
I take Sea-buckthorn as a b6 source because i can't handle b6 very well - doses larger then 30 mg ( didn't try P5P)
And regarding the recommended diet... i feel good when doing a protein predominant diet... although they recommmend low protein diet (Pfeiffer institute) due to histidine content.. but i believe this is wrong because it is also a good source of methionine... anyway i can't handle any high histamine foods like sauerkraut (i feel after like having been punched by Mike Tyson :)) or beer, spinach or tomatoes but in a smaller degree
