I have been taking a minimal B-complex (50mg.) every day for the past 3 weeks. I have been keeping an in depth journal for the past 3 years and list everything I eat, suppliments taken and how I feel.
Some days, I feel 20% better and others worse.
I do fish oil only several times a week same with Vit. D.
My D levels were very low a year ago when tested.
I take a cal-Mag blend almost every day.
Just found out about high histamine foods. I'd been drinking V-8 juice for years and only minimal chedder cheese. Wonder if Mozerella cheese is ok? I don't eat nuts or seeds anymore (copper) and stopped avacados, which I loved. Never eat sourquraut or pickles.
Tried GABA and when I take this for to many consecutive days I get rebound anxiety ( as it acts on the same receptors as benzodiazipans.
Tried 5-HTP and SJW, just did not work well.
Have not tried B3 yet.
Does it work the same as inositol? or is it the same?
