I went most of my life with undiagnosed Celiac Disease and I found that H. Clark's programs helped bring me back to better health. But the autoimmune reaction in the small intestine, triggered by gluten in wheat, barley and rye, continued to damage my gut so later on I developed more problems, sprue and leaky gut syndrome. Besides being allergic to cows milk I'm also allergic to hot peppers and cannot tolerate cloves. When I do my weekly parasite maintenance doses I leave out the cloves.
It could be risky to do Liver Flushes when you are passing blood. For this problem seeing a gastroenterologist and having a complete intestinal evaluation would give you a better understanding of what you can do. Be sure you are tested for Celiac Disease after following a gluten challange diet. Even if the tests are negative you may go on to do the genetic marker test to find out if you are predisposed to develop a gluten intolerance. See http://www.celiac.com
for more information. Another test a Dr. could order is the Metametrix Labs Enteric Effects Panel.
