I don't like it but that means nothing but that it may not contain an REE I need most.
I have at any time 3 different sources of Sea Salt , one mined Himalayan and two ocean sourced like Chilean and Celtic. Then pick the one that I crave, but for Salt treatments I only use White Sea Salt .
That is Salt made from filtered sea water without the special process some factories use. I find that when I take that much 'non white' salt the mineral intake is too much.
