Many of us do not see stones with the first Liver-Flush but we keep doing them until the stones begin to come out and then when they start coming out we see hundreds with each flush. And it is not uncommon to feel ill with the first flushes mostly because a lot of toxins are expelled and are readsorbed into the body. The foaminess, I think, is caused by bacteria and yeasts producing gas so you may have an inbalance of microorganisms in your gut. You could go to the Moritz Forum and find out what you can do. The first LFs are difficult for many of us but eventually we begin to feel better rather than worse the more flushes we do.
