don't forget:
brownstein recommends 3-10grams of C
I have been having bad almost getting sick bouts this past months and Big vitaC increases have helped me through it...thus the earlier post today

psyllium and Bentonite 1-2x/day
1 tsp P and 1 tbsp B
bind up stuff to get it out

ditto on C enema
sometimes my mood is radically better after enema
and that is even though my bile ducts are pretty clogged

enough B's
and perhaps in addition ATP cofactors

I also have to stay on top of my Candida.
I am adding 2-3tsp of Caproyl (caprylic acid) to B and P and probiotic...6-8oz water

Biocidin to knock out any buggers

any access to sweating....sauna, etc

and modulate the exercise.
sometimes when I feel like crap I do my electrolyte drink:
1/4 tsp NaCl
1/4 tsp KCl
16 oz water
3 g Vita C
2 tsp baking soda
the above I usually do 3x/day regardless of exercise
but if I do it right before i exercise it is better
sometimes 1/4 tsp borax every day or every other dayt

then I put 10 drops of Trappers SSKI on each leg and rub it in with rubber gloves (otherwise I find yellow handprints on walls near light switches, etc.)
sometimes Magnesium oil

wait 20minutes, warm up slowly with situps or on my bike trainer and sometimes I can do a moderate workout
once I break a sweat i feel so much better usually
i think my detox channels are so blocked that the sweating really works

for me the Potassium and Iodine on my skin really help
for some reason that seems better then internally for exercise
I have played with it a little .....they both make me stronger and give more endurance for a short term exercise

and then there are the other organ cleanses with herbs,etc.

and if in 3 months you aren't feeling on the up, time to consider heavy metals...cutler protocol

I had two great weeks and then it went south and I dinked around for way too long with tiny little doses and then got way distracted and got way into big doses of CS internally and IV because I was so desperate.....I wish I hadn't done that know, it flared the hell out of my Candida, probably my fault for not doing enough probiotics...

anyway....there are some more ideas for you.
