For me controlling my glycemia was like a miracle!

I used to go to sleep with my heart pounding every single night and not being able to sleep for more than 4 hrs in a row and even then I was never refreshed because my sleep was so light.

So I cut all refined sugars- limited my amount of fruits at no more than 3 a day.
I also cut most alcool and started to eat at regular intervals with snacks in between every meals and at bed time, made of a protein source and a carbohydrate.

For me it was life changing: in two weeks I started to see improvement on my energy level and progressively started sleeping more and more.

I can now sleep for 9 hres in a very deep sleep! If you would have told me that a few years ago I would have never believed it!

Controling your glycemia demands a lot of discipline and work at first...but it is free! An it is certainely worth a try!
