Re: Alpha Lipoic Acid and Copper

Ok, thank you. ALA helps me especially in dealing with symptoms of copper toxicity. The mercury burden is reduced due 55 Rounds of chelation. Now as the adrenals and liver getting better my body is dumping copper in a very dramatic way.

"It seems that about 5% of the members of the Cutler groups have very high copper."

I think the number is far higher. But it is ok, nobody can estimate the real number.

"Since high Cu is not healthy in itself and since there was reason to think that LA might cause the body to retain it, it was right for him to take a cautious approach."

I understand and agree. Nevertheless I think the danger of copper retention on ALA is not so dramatic as Cutler tries to tell everyone. New studies are an 'indication' of it.
