Note that I said, eat the grass when young.. this is when it is really tender.. or you can place in protein drinks.. or juice... other wise, dry... grind and place into food.. I eat barley grass all the time.. no problem O.... when young cut and placed into salads.. or cooked and added to other veg's or stir fry.. and I have only one stomach.
Great nutrition.. Many survival books recommend eating green grass.
