Ray Peat suggests taking coconut fat/oil and butter, so all saturated fatty acids.
He also suggests taking coffee and aspirin.
I was first a bit unsure what I should do with the coffee, because I thought caffein was hard on the adrenals but I was extreme mistaken. Caffein is only then hard on the adrenals when you not take enough carbohydrats and proteins with drinking coffee (Never take Coffee on an empty stomach).
Coffee and aspirin will help building progesteron on the adrenals and protect the adrenals for further damage.
He also strongly suggests to take enough gelatine when you eat meats. This will balance the aminoacids tryptophan which easily converts into inflammatory serotonin.
