How do i stop snore?

my mom used to suffer from sleep apnea and she is now usong a CPA'P

i am more lighter snorer and i hate to sleep with something in my mouth. before i tryed the stop snoring mouthpiece

it actually did worked for me but i hate when thier is things in my mouth

so now i am using the snore stopper which is a wrist watch and i love it
