Low Dose Naltrexone

I'm looking for the best place to get Low Dose Naltrexone. Has anyone ever bought from biogenesis-antiaging.com? They are the only ones I can find that sell it in 4.5 mg doses, which is what I want. Are they a reputable source.

The other option I was thinking was to buy the 50 mg doses from River Pharmacy, a source I've heard others mention. I've heard you can dissolve the pills in water and dose it as you please. Anyone try this?
