Great stuff, I just bought a couple jars. It will send you to the bathroom in emergency-mode if you eat too much, start slow with just a spoonful per day - take it slow, let your body adjust. The lacto-bacteria in raw sauerkraut is the best in my opinion. Kefir is good too but if you have a lactose problem it ain't so good. We're designed to eat veggies (and meat), not so with dairy, we're not calves. Moo?
I just put together a batch of homemade kraut, waiting to see how it turns out.
Anyway, for me this has worked: I switched to a paleo diet and have worked fermented veggies into the mix. I'm as regular as a Swiss train now. Plus don't forget your Humaworm and iodine!
