Hi There - You have come this far, hang on a little more and just start trying anything and everything until you figure out what works for you. I know there is no "cure", but you can definitely do stuff to help control this problem. For me, just knowing that 2 weeks out of the month, I can expect to be fishy and that if I don't clean out my gut and rectum, I will be poopee smelling and that when I eat certain foods it will make the situation worse and that when I get stressed out or starting having an anxiety attack, it will for sure get worse then as well. My tools to fight this are B vitamins, extra B2, probiotics, a good multiple vitamin without choline, using sebamed soap, magnesium citrate on the weekend to clean out my stomach, castor oil at night to reduce the odors and help with the anxiety, an enema in the morning to get the stuff out in the rectum, keeping my stress down, drinking plenty of water, and LOTS OF JESUS. Sounds like a lot, but it is becoming second nature to me. I praying for a complete healing though!
To answer your question, I just get the Fleet brand, but I will try to start making my own with organic coffee and probiotics in it on some days and just plain water on other days. My plan is to not have to do them everyday, but maybe twice a week when I have to be in direct contact with people. YouTube has lots of videos that I will be watching to learn about making my own.
