My diagnostic tests before showed low protein in a blood test and high uric acid. I was basically living on steak 3 meals a day and still had low protein. A stool sample showed a depletion of all of the beneficial bacteria too. I noticed before- my neighbors commented that I Was gaining weight and looking better when I'd do a ton of spinach and chicken breast for a few days even- muscle tone would come back. It was hard to stick to and I would end up buying some nuts and getting sick and not knowing why. Chicken needs to be limited too.
