Candida symptoms will not subside

I have researched and tried many different supplements in an attempt to relieve or cure candida (or at least reduce it to it's state in which it was before I became ill), but have had no success. Is there something that I am missing that is keeping me from bringing my body and mind back to it's healthy state.

For the past 3 years here is what I have done: quit drinking, quit tobacco, quit caffeine (which was the hardest thing to quit for me), went on a candida diet, consisting of mostly cooked chicken and turkey, and some sort of steamed vegetable like broccoli, Brussels, or cauliflower. On top of that I've tried everything from 35% h202 to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , as well as threelac, fivelac, oxygen elements max, and most of the anti-candida herbs that exist. I have taken 10,000mg of vitamin C and still take regular high doses of vit C daily, as well as DHEA to improve immunity, but I still can't kick this illness. So far the best thing that seems to have worked for me is the h202 ingested orally with distilled water, but still has not completely fixed my ailment.

I am also having trouble distinguishing the difference between adrenal fatigue and candida. And I am certainly confused that my candida may be a result of the adrenal fatigue. My previous job (military) was very stressful and I did not consume a healthy Diet at all.

One thing is for certain though, I have been having the healthiest bowel movements I have ever had in my life. Before the onset of my symptoms I never had a solid bowel movement that I can remember. It was always diarrhea. Now, however, the movement is mostly stool with a little not stool poo as well. And my movements are pretty regular as well, at least once a day and sometimes two. This may be because of the high fiber intake I consume now (lots of almonds).

My main symptoms are brain fog which is killer when you are in college. I am also extremely tired if I don't get exactly 8 or more hours of sleep. My lower abdomen is almost always bloated mainly after eating and I have the worst dark circles under my eyes. My symptoms have improved dramatically since improving my diet three fold, but I am far from 100%.

Also I have just started adding digestive enzymes to my regime. I read another post in which the person took 9 pills per meal, 3 prior, 3 during, and 3 after. Money is kind of tight lately but I will do my best to achieve this if it produces results.

Ps. I have performed parasite cleanses as well as heavy metal cleanses, liver cleanses, and kidney cleanses but I don't know how well any of them were. I have yet to try the Liver Flush and will attempt it soon.
