The second picture doesnt look bad at all! If thats how your lips look as of today, then your not too far from being 100% healed. Your bottom lips looks about 80% healed from outer to inner. The inner 20% would probably be the hardest part to heal. I wish my lips made that much improvement. Mines is about 20% healed.

You said you only did the steam treatment for 5 days, wow thats a short amount of time with major improvement. How bad was it before you did the treatment? Do you have a picture of your lips raw before you did the treatment?
