1/ I do this 'steam' treatment at home but of course this just concerns the part of my head and not the entire body which would not be necessary.
I use a bowl full of water, very hot thanks to a tea kettle. Then I cover my head with a towel in order to keep uttermost the heat and humidity.
Of course, it does not take a long time before cooling down, so I do several sessions of this, for a period of 6 min. I give pause for half hour at least and I restart.
-Also, you can do the same with a casserole of boiling hot water on the hot plate, it is even more efficient-
Approximatively, I would say that I do about 8 sessions by day.
2/ The beautiful first picture was taken just before I started the 'steam' treatment so about one week ago. Of course, my lips were in a kind of weird state because I was at the end of about more than a month in a totally 'free' treatment.
I decided to change it regarding the horror of the situation, and the second picture was taken just today.
3/ Yes, in the meantime, I am just using very hot plain water but I really take note of your advise which is very interesting. I think I keep going in this way for a little while then proceed to a hot salt water, according to the evolution of my condition. Thank you.
