Re: does coffee ruin a water fast
I am a stickler on the definition of water, h20
is it tap water fasting
distilled water fasting
rain water fasting
well water fasting
the water in ripe coconuts is purer cleaner water then my tap water
when i distill my tap water, the distiller is full of plaster paris like stuff, lots of it from the pollution in the tap water
coffee cherry it its proper name, the coffee bean is really a coffee CHERRY botonically, coffee is a fruit. the coffee bean is the coffee cherry. see wiki
the water in citrus fruits is cleaner then my tap water as it is distilled by the roots in the orange apple lemon lime etc tree
i want to water fast too, just can't get the pure-ists definition of water
i live next to salt water, if i sit in saltwater for 1 hour my body will filter out the salt and will absorb about a half cup of salt free purified water. same happens to people who sit in a tub of water 1 hour, about a 1/2 cup of bath water is absorbed dermally.
is that considered water only fasting?
