youre always so sweet and kind to lend an ear and a reply! thanks for noticing my presence. yep, Im back. After trying and retrying Lugols over the years its finally doing me some good. I had other mineral imbalances which confused me everytime I tried to supplement. Anyhoo its great to "read" (see) you.
