No ethical dentist will remove your fillings and leave huge holes in your teeth. This would be so painful you couldn't even eat. Depending on how deep they are, they can sometimes "lift" the filling out without drilling.

Teeth can re-mineralize but not grow back. So if you have "soft spots" you can heal this, but if a chunk of your tooth is missing you're SOL. I've healed several dark spots that dentists said needed a filling and was "suspected" of being a cavity. Don't fall for this. Don't let them drill on any more teeth unless you have pain and decay there.

You want to be sure the material they use is BPA and metal free. Yes, some composite fillings still contain metal! Diamondlite is a good brand, but TPH3 is more durable and what I'm going with. Both of these are BPA and metal free.

You don't need to be afraid, just get a plan together, get them out, and start safe chelation with Cutler protocol (low, frequent dose every 3 hours). You will be fine. :-)
