Re: Were anyone's mental problems helped by going on a very restricted diet like SCD or GAPS?
I agree with WhiteShark. We are all different. I went off my anti-depressants in 2003 after 10 months liverflushing
and bowelcleansing with
Oxypowder . This was a big surprise since I was doing the flushes for my gallstone.
Every time I felt sluggish I would do a flush and feel better.
I assume that a lot of my brainfog had to do with allergies
and they went away with flushing.
I have tried vegetarian diet, but grain and fruit did not work for me so 2 years later I changed to low carbs and use grassfed/finished meat and eggs from free roaming chickens.
You just have to keep trying different ways of eating and check different forums for information.
If you have a question put it in the CZ searchbox and click
on All Forums so you can find other forums too.
In the beginning I changed my sleeping pattern getting up at 6 am and trying to go to bed at 10 and if it was later
I stuck with getting up early.
Since I am retired I can now sleep anytime I want but still feel the best when I get up early.
