The not so helpful trolls have not read my whole post, since my BF has the same symptoms. I have taken a lot of herbs, etc, and garlic fasts, havent eaten anything with sugar, starch or honey for 9 months now.

Since I have days where i feel awesome, I think the main problem is that I have pinworms of all ages and stages living inside of me. The meds and most of the herbs only kill the adult ones. Once the pregnant adult worm is inside the colon, the meds dont reach them, too. They lay their eggs unharmed.
in the end, it takes 21 days for an egg to become an adult.
So, all in all, you need to take meds for at least three rounds to kill all worms in all ages.
what I mean is: take med in sufficient dosage (albendazole, pyrvinium embonate, pyrantel embonate, mebendazol) for at least three days, with lost of fat. then wait maximum 18 days, repeat. and repeat. three rounds. all while being fussy with hygiene. Even ICU's protocoll is 21 days long for one round.

and yes, the female worms bite into the gutwall of the lower small intestine to mate, which is the sharp pain beside the belly button.
