New here and starting today

I am so grateful for all the great information here on fasting. Would anyone mind a few questions?

How do you know you are in a healing crisis? And how do you find a doctor that will supervise your fast? I went to the fastingconnection.com site but some of the links were broken. I got the feeling it wasn't being regularly maintained. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a good resource or are there others that are equally good?

I read a lot of posts by Chris and Andrew (Fonty?). I am learning a lot. Thank you for your help with the adrenal questions too Chris. Where did Fonty go? It doesn't look like he is on the forum anymore.
