Thanks Chiron. Dan was interesting! I love how he talked about the people that gave him negative feedback about his fasting and how he welcomes those comments because he needs to grow in that area. That was cool! I believe that too! :) And that attitude has helped me a lot recently.

Sorry for all the questions. I really did do some research here but couldn't find the answers to all my questions. Perhaps I am not searching correctly. If you want to search for two words but do not want them together (using " "), do you put in a "+" sign with no space in between? Trying to figure this out and not having as much success as I would like! :) But I made it through day one!!
