Dear mommy, if you have a candida rash, it could very well be that you dont have worms, but candida inside your gut.

Have you ever tried the SCD diet? I have, and a friend of mine got rid of his IBS with it. It is very yummy and healthy and alot of people claim it helps with candidiasis too.
