you will definitely drop inches and pound, and a lot! On average the first week 8-11lb, second 5-6. Ofcouse depending on much extra weight you have you will be loosing on avarage 1 pound a day. The reason why they say that it will make you fatter is because most important thing is to come off fast the right way!!!! Coming off the fast might be harder than the fast itself. You metabolism slows down on a fast so if you go back to eating whatever you want YES you will gain it all back or more. IT is very dangerous! You have to make sure that you have an eating plan after you decide to come off fast. Do researsh. There's a lot of info on here also because many people have done it numorous times. Exersicing after fast is very important also. You have to look at this fasting experience as a health benefit not only weight loss tool! It will help you be on track after fast. Many people do the raw diet for the same lenght after fast. That is my initial plan also.
