I agree - the 7 months is not at all unreasonable. I'm not at all discouraged by this amount of time. I assumed going into the leaving them alone strategy that I would need at least a year to see the results I am working toward. I also think an addiction to lip balm caused my EC. I used to apply Chapstick (or similar products) at least once an hour throughout the day. Not good! Anyway, I'm glad to hear of your healing! Tweet
