Depending on how bad you have it, I'm pretty sure die-off can last months. I don't know if you've ever seen some pictures of what imbedded candida looks like in the digestive tract but it doesn't look pretty. Definitely takes a while to get rid of it, because it took a while to get it.

That's why I believe in the long term cure instead of short-term relief. Tweet
