I'm on day 10 of my very first fast, and I'm excited. I feel good and have lots of energy. I do think about eating healthy food ALL the time though, especially hummus :-). Maybe because I spend 8 hours a day tied to my desk. I've bought some seeds and a sprouter to start growing sprouts. I think the next 11 days will be easy. Thanks so much MH and all of you for posting your fasting experiences -- especially M.O.G -- its been very inspring and educational.
Even though this is not the focus of this fast, I was just curious. How much weight does one tend to lose on this fast? I was down as much as 7 pounds after a week, and now on Day 10 I've stabilized at 7. I would have expected to continue reducing every day. What have been others experiences in this regard?
