i agree with others also! If you really want to loose weight and keep it off for life while being healthy. Im talking from my experience. Im only 5'4 and there was a time when i was 170lb. I have fasted to loose weight before, and like the previous comment said it is REALLy hard to keep it off unless you're eating super strict diet all the time after the fast. After all we're all humans , and you will cheat here or there anyways, and you will gain the weight back.
So when i finally realized that the only way to a permanent weight loss without suffering is a NORMAL/ healthy Diet and exerise i did it... i went to gym 6 days a week. I cut sugar, processed food and white bread completely out of my diet. IT WAS REALLY HARD! But all it takes is 3 weeks (same as fasting but you actually eat) for you to get used to this lifestyle and it will get easier. You wont crave crap food by doing that i lost 35lb in 3 months! then another 10lb in the next month. Finally got down to 125....and KEPT IT OFF till this day. Ofcouse i do flactuate sometimes but still 40lb gone forever. There was time when i got down to 110 but i was obsessed with gym. ( Which is not healthy either) I just want to say that i am a food addict and extreme emotional eatier, and unfortunately there's no easy way to achieve permanent weight loss...the most important lesson that i have learned is it's all about patience, consistency and EVERY DAY MINDFUL EATING. You can do it do! If you need help in anything please let me know! i would love to help. Hope this helps at least a little. YOU CAN LOOSE WEIGHT W/O FASTING if that's your initial goal.
