AFAIK its not possible to tell if you have EH or Giardia just by looking at the symptoms because the symptoms are very similar to other health issues.

Here is some of my current symptoms

• I's still too drowsy to work
• white tongue
• loose stools
• strong heart beat and sour taste
• some mucus in stools
• If I eat carbohydrate and Sugar makes things much worse
• low Sugar (but its not as bad as before)
• the trademark protozoa stink farts are starting to come back a bit...
• Sleeping problems
• gradual vision loss
• stuffed sinus
