Can anyone advise on numbers?

I picked up my lab work today for thyroid testing, but unfortunately I gave my Brownstein thyroid book to a friend to read, so I have no reference.

Can anyone make heads or tails of these numbers? I go back in two weeks for the follow up.

TSH (3rd gen): 1.710 range (0.465-4.680) (was cautioned that this number could be high when on iodine, in the 30-50 range)
T3 uptake: 34.0. (23.5-40.5)
T4: 4.4 (L). (5.5-11.0)
FTI: 1.5 (L). (1.7-3.9)
Free T3: 4.01. (2.77-5.27)
Free T4: 0.84. (0.78-2.19)
FSH: 44.6. (post-menopausal) that happened fast. In '08 it was 4.49

Vitamins:
D3: 25 (L) (30-80)
B12: 442 (239-931)
