I do know that affects the muscles and if you're detoxing a lot, I was told that the toxins will be carried out along with minerals that we need and why you need to keep supplementing them back in. Is it possible that you've just gotten very low on essential vitamins and minerals?
I've also heard a lot about pulse dosing. Five days on two days off to allow your body to catch up. Possibly give your body a break on the Iodine and bump up on all your vitamins and minerals, especially C.
