Thanks for the magnesium suggestion. I didn't realize that about the oxide form.
I just cant figure this lower back muscle thing out. It doesn't bother me at all sleeping or sitting. In fact sometimes after sitting, I jump up to go get something and feel great! But after I've been on my feet awhile or walk (forget running :( a few miles, I can just feel it tightening up. Have to keep stopping and stretching.
I've got an appt. next week with a new chiropractor that muscle tests for vitamins and minerals, we'll see.
