Got my results today for my very first ARL hair test. The results are very thorough and describe my symptoms very accurately.
I'm just about in a four low minerals pattern with the highest being calcium at 39mg (1 below range), magnesium at 4mg, sodium at 2mg and potassium at 1mg. I have a low sodium/potassium ratio with bio-unavailable copper and significantly slow oxidization.
Is it a good idea to take unrefined Sea Salt with such a low potassium result? Dr Wilson recommends not to attempt to increase sodium/potassium with foods and supplements as it will lead to a decrease in calcium and magnesium.
I also seem to be slightly toxic with aluminium. It tested at 0.35 which is at the very bottom end atleast.
