Got my first ARL hair test results

Got my results today for my very first ARL hair test. The results are very thorough and describe my symptoms very accurately.

I'm just about in a four low minerals pattern with the highest being calcium at 39mg (1 below range), magnesium at 4mg, sodium at 2mg and potassium at 1mg. I have a low sodium/potassium ratio with bio-unavailable copper and significantly slow oxidization.

Dr. Wilson's article for those with a four lows hair pattern:

Is it a good idea to take unrefined Sea Salt with such a low potassium result? Dr Wilson recommends not to attempt to increase sodium/potassium with foods and supplements as it will lead to a decrease in calcium and magnesium.

I also seem to be slightly toxic with aluminium. It tested at 0.35 which is at the very bottom end atleast.

These are the supplements ARL have recommended. I plan to substitute them as close as possible with my own, like taurine:

Limcomin 2 2 2
Enzaid 1 1 1
Paramin 2 2 2
Taurine 2 2 2

So, the results accurately confirm how I feel.

A highly recommended test!
