Yes, bio-unavailable copper is essentially when you have vast amounts of copper stored in your tissues, liver, brain etc depending on the severity of unavailability but the body can't use it, usually due to adrenal weakness and deficiency of ceruloplasmin, a copper binding protein.

The turnaround for my test was 25 days, that's from sending my hair to receiving my results by post.
